In this regard, we would like to inform you about the principles of processing your personal data by “Binokl” Ewa Prasol and your related rights. We want you to have complete knowledge and, therefore, full comfort in using the services and systems of “Binokl” Ewa Prasol, including www.binokl.pl. Therefore, before you start using our sites and platforms, we ask you to read the following information.

At the same time, we assure you that we properly take care of your privacy and in no way do we increase our permissions. Your personal data is safe with us, and you can withdraw your consent for its collection and processing at any time, in accordance with the provisions of the following “Personal Data Protection Information.”

Information on Personal Data Protection

“Binokl” Ewa Prasol, based in Jabłonowo, Al. Krakowska 83, 05-552 Wólka Kosowska (“We” or “Binokl” Ewa Prasol), as the data controller, collects your personal data obtained during the conclusion of a contract with you and during its duration (“Personal Data”), in particular:

• first name(s) and last name, email address, contact address, company represented, phone number, position,
• for entrepreneurs, we additionally process: NIP, REGON, registered office address, bank account number,
• for entrepreneurs applying for a credit limit at “Binokl” Ewa Prasol, we also process data contained in financial documents.

We collect your Personal Data for the following purposes:

• concluding and performing the contract that binds us and providing you with the services we offer, including in particular the shipment of ordered goods, payment processing, and handling complaints,
• fulfilling the legal obligations of “Binokl” Ewa Prasol, including in particular issuing and storing invoices and accounting documents, as well as for archival purposes,
• protecting the rights of “Binokl” Ewa Prasol in accordance with legal regulations, including in particular the recovery of overdue payments within debt collection processes and legal proceedings,
• verifying your creditworthiness and credit capacity when granting you a credit limit, as well as to secure the payments due to “Binokl” Ewa Prasol (guarantee agreements and other securities), the legitimate interest of “Binokl” Ewa Prasol, as understood in data protection regulations, including direct marketing of “Binokl” Ewa Prasol products and services,
• conducting marketing activities and sending commercial information if you have given separate consents.

“Binokl” Ewa Prasol may transfer Personal Data to the following third parties for the purposes indicated in this document:

1. to entities with which “Binokl” Ewa Prasol has concluded a cooperation agreement (“Data Processors”) for the purpose of fulfilling our contract, fulfilling “Binokl” Ewa Prasol’s legal obligations, protecting “Binokl” Ewa Prasol’s rights in accordance with the law, and pursuing the legitimate interests of “Binokl” Ewa Prasol as understood under data protection regulations. In particular, “Binokl” Ewa Prasol may transfer your Personal Data to entities such as banks, data centers, debt collection agencies, accounting service providers, postal and courier service companies, and companies with which we cooperate to provide marketing and service-related services. Such entities will be required, under agreements concluded with “Binokl” Ewa Prasol, to implement appropriate security measures, both technical and organizational, to protect Personal Data and process it solely in accordance with the instructions provided by “Binokl” Ewa Prasol.
2. supervisory authorities, authorities, and other third parties; if necessary for the purposes indicated above and to fulfill legal obligations, Personal Data may be transferred to supervisory authorities, courts, and other authorities (e.g., tax authorities and law enforcement authorities), independent external advisors (e.g., auditors), or service providers.

“Binokl” Ewa Prasol commits to applying appropriate security measures, both technical and organizational, to protect your Personal Data. Personal Data will be stored by “Binokl” Ewa Prasol and/or Data Processors only for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data is collected, to fulfill obligations arising from legal regulations, and for the maximum period required to secure materials necessary for legal proceedings (including tax proceedings) and until the possible expiration of claims by you and “Binokl” Ewa Prasol.

“Binokl” Ewa Prasol commits to applying appropriate security measures, both technical and organizational, to protect your Personal Data. Personal Data will be stored by “Binokl” Ewa Prasol and/or Data Processors only for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data is collected, to fulfill obligations arising from legal regulations, for the maximum period required to secure materials necessary for legal proceedings (including tax proceedings), and until the possible expiration of claims by you and “Binokl” Ewa Prasol.

Furthermore, you have the right to:

1. requests for access to Personal Data; the data subject is entitled to obtain from “Binokl” Ewa Prasol confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them is being processed, and if so, access to that data. “Binokl” Ewa Prasol will provide you, upon request, with a copy of your Personal Data undergoing processing. For any additional copies requested, “Binokl” Ewa Prasol may charge a reasonable fee based on administrative costs.
2. rectification of Personal Data; you have the right to rectify inaccurate Personal Data concerning you. Considering the purposes of the processing, you have the right to request the completion of incomplete Personal Data, including by providing a supplementary statement.
3. erase Personal Data (“right to be forgotten”); you have the right to request, under conditions provided by law, the immediate deletion of Personal Data concerning you, and “Binokl” Ewa Prasol has the obligation to delete such Personal Data without undue delay,
4. restrict the processing of your Personal Data; in such cases, “Binokl” Ewa Prasol will mark such Personal Data on your request and their processing may be limited to certain purposes only,
5. data portability; under certain conditions, you have the right to receive in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format the Personal Data concerning you that you have provided to “Binokl” Ewa Prasol and you have the right to transmit those data to another entity,
6. object; in certain circumstances, you have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of your Personal Data, and “Binokl” Ewa Prasol may be required to cease processing such Personal Data.
